I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning I received from Black Diamond Carpet Cleaning. I wanted my home I just purchased to have the carpets cleaned lime new. I gave them a call. The put me on their schedule. Came out on time and did a wonderful job at a lower price then I was quoted from other companies. I was also pleased the carpet dryed so fast. -

Great carpet cleaning service. I am new to St. George and searched for a carpet cleaner. Black Diamond came up and gave them a call. Tyler was on time and did an amazing job at a great price. My carpets look new. I will be calling back to get my tile and grout cleaned. -

Can not recommend this business enough. I'd give it 10 stars if possible. Tyler did a WONDERFUL job. I had another cleaner lined up that didn't show. Tyler not only showed up on time, he confirmed the appointment that morning versus me chasing him down like my previous appointments.I'll definitely be using this service next time I need the carpets and tile cleaned. -

I had a great experience with Black Diamond. Tyler was very friendly over the phone. He showed up early. The cleaning he did on my carpet and rugs were very detailed, and no spots or odor came back. My dog urine stains were finally removed and the gross odor that overwhelmed my home during the hot summer was no longer there. I will be calling back for tile and grout cleaning. They also helped me dry a small area where my bildge pump overflowed and soaked the area a bit. -

I was moving from my rental in Bloomington Hills to my newly purchased home in Ivins. I needed to get my deposit back from my old rental and have the carpets cleaned in my new home. Tyler came to the rental and did an amazing job cleaning my tile, grout, carpet and windows at the rental. After he was finished he came to the new house and made the carpets perfect with his cleaning. The carpets dryed so fast after he steam cleaned them and I got all my deposit back. Black Diamond Carpet Cleaning is a great company and did an amazing job. I can't thank Tyler enough. -

We just bought our new home and were moving out of our rental. I needed to get the rental ready for our move out inspection to receive our deposit back. Black Diamond cleaned our carpet, tile, grout, windows, and pressure washed the house and we got our full deposit back. They even got the urine odor out from our small dog. There was a small area that had a bit of mold damage in the bathroom and they took care of that as well. When we moved to our new homeI decided to have the carpets and windows cleaned there as well. Tyler also cleaned a rug my mother gave me and our couch. Everything looked brand new and smelled amazing as well. I couldn't of asked for better service and would recommend Black Diamond Carpet Cleaning to anyone in St. George. Thanks again. -

I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning I received from Black Diamond Carpet Cleaning. They were early, did a walk through to address my concerns and got straight to work. Tyler the owner was very nice. Nice can, equipment, and he was in uniform. He also asked beforehand if I would like him to wear a mask. All my concerns from my pet odor and stains were removed with his strong carpet cleaner machine in his van. Thank you again Black Diamond Carpet Cleaning - St. George! I will have you back soon for the R.V. carpeting.
